I have to smile while watching this video.  Not only does Tanner give you lots of information and ideas on using the new Winter Woods stamp set and matching dies but as the the video progresses I noticed something kept changing.  Initially I couldn’t work out what, then it dawned on me.  I wonder, can you see what is happening throughout the video?

Did you see it?

This is a fabulous set isn’t it?!  If you live in New Zealand and would like to purchase this or any other Stampin’ Up! products you can do so HERE.

This a super cute stamp with matching thinlits which will enable you to make multiple tags with minimum effort.  In saying that, you can always add more effort if your wish.

Eastern Beauty meets Gorgeous Grape

By | 18/08/2018

The Eastern Beauty stamp set (143675) and the matching Eastern Medalians Thinlets Dies (143725) have been around for a while but I have only just discovered them myself. Now I wonder, “why didn’t I get them sooner?”.  I have had a fabulous time playing with the dies to create a variety of designs whether it be medalians, doiles even Christmas decorations.

For today’s post I have the customer thank you cards and tags I may for June.  I have combined the Eastern Beauty stamp set and matching dies with one of our stunning new colours, Gorgeous Grape and finished of with a little Silver & White Baker’s Twine (145569).

You can easily create your own designer with a combination of different dies and stamps from the set.  The sky’s the limit on this one.

And to attach to the bags containing my customers’ fabulous purchases I created tags just to top them off.

Pop of Petals – Casing the Catalogue

By | 14/08/2018

Not only are Stampin’ Up! catalogues fabulous for display our lovely products but it is also a great way to find inspiration for projects.  For today’s project I have CASEd (Copy And Share Everything) a project from the new 2018/19 Annual Catalogue utilising the Pop of Petals stamp set and matching punch.

I just love it when a stamp set has a matching punch as it is a quick easy way to put a project together.  That combined with the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set and the Classic Label punch (141491) for the salutation, what could be easier.

This project also uses some of our lovely new colours.  In this instance, Soft Sea Foam (card base) and Petal Pink (flowers).

You may also notice the decorative edge on the Whisper White panel.  This was made using the Decorative Ribbon Border punch (143721) and adhered behind the panel just on the edge.

Varied Vases meets Wood Textures

By | 02/08/2018

Have you notices the new “Varied Vases” stamp set and matching punch.

I have had fun playing with this set and this project was inspired by a lovely German demonstrator.  Unfortunately I don’t know her name.

The flowers are stamped on Whisper White card stock with some of the lovely new ink colours (Granny Apple Green, Grapefruit Grove, Highland Heather, Pineapple Punch and Balmy Blue) and the vases have been punched out of scraps of the Wood Textures DSP.  Finished with the ubiquitous Linen Thread.

And wouldn’t you know it, I smudged a little ink on the left hand top corner…..what a excellent place for a few Basic Jewels Pearls.
